Hi! I’m Agnes.

It’s so great to meet you!

Here’s a little on my journey

I am originally from France but spent most of my adult life in London, England.

After initially working as a Corporate Office Manager for 8 years in the City of London, I felt something was missing. I had been introduced to Yoga and Meditation on my first trip to India, in Rishikesh, during a round the world trip in 2006 and couldn’t shake the feeling that there was more to life than just spending my time in a job serving institutions rather than helping people.

I had an urge to be useful, to end my day feeling that I had contributed, somehow, in my own humble and simple way, to make the world a little bit better.

I made my way into the health industry, working with a team of wonderful physiotherapists and osteopaths for a private clinic in Chelsea, learned a ton and witnessed the benefits of manual therapy on patients and their healing journey.

Inspired by my colleagues, I started a 4 years Craniosacral Therapy course in France, called the Poyet Method, while simultaneously continuing my full time job in the London Clinic. I was over stressed with work and studies, my personal life was falling apart and yoga and holistic therapies became my lifeline.

Being on the mat, breathing deeply, I could forget about everything else, come back to myself and reconnect with the sensations in my body and just be present, in the moment. It was an eye opener.

Early 2017, I took a leap of faith, guided by my inner voice and left behind London’s hectic lifestyle, with my backpack and a one-way ticket to India where I undertook my first yoga teacher training. I ended up staying In India for 3 years, in the yoga school I graduated from, assisting in the YTT, teaching yoga and practicing Craniosacral therapy. Every year during monsoon, I would explore Asia and get to teach yoga in amazing locations for a couple of months at a time, in Bali, Sri Lanka and Thailand.

At that time of my life, leaving everything behind was a necessity that allowed me to find myself.

After 4 years of gypsy life, I am now settled in Mallorca where I am called to be of service to others, guiding and helping my patients and students through their own healing journey.
