I am 200-hour Vinyasa and Ashtanga trained and have also 60 hours of Yin Yoga training.

My own practice has played a transformational role in my life, being a source of physical strength, resilience, mental clarity, emotional stability, self-awareness, presence and connection.

I am providing a yoga practice based on individual needs in the development of healthy body/mind mechanics, with attention to alignment, sensitive adjustments and of course breath awareness. My classes can be challenging and empowering but also slower and more relaxed for days when you need rest and self-nurture.

Inspired by the creativity of my dance background, music accompanies every class.

My teaching is encouraging and supporting my students to become self-aware and explore all aspects of yoga, empowering them to flourish both on and off the mat and find inner peace.

Complimenting my asana practice and teaching, I delved deeper into mindfulness and meditation practices, immersing myself periodically into 10 days silent meditation retreats in Buddhist Monasteries in the Himalayas.
